Who We Are

 The Church @ Tallavana is a fellowship of everyday Christian people who are reaching out and welcoming everyone to come be apart of a loving Church family. We are a casual, contemporary worship center where you can come be accepted just as you are, learning what it means to grow in a relationship with our Lord, Jesus Christ. 

We believe that God wants everyone to live a full and complete life, a life of significance. We are disciples of God's word, the Bible. We understand that the greatest adventure is discovering God in all His wonder, might and mystery.

 In the verbal inspiration of the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, and that it is the only authoritative rule for life and teaching

Our God is a trinity in unity, manifested in three persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit

In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His atoning death on the cross, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory

That we must be born again  through repentance, and faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ, submitting to His Lordship

In water baptism for the believer only, which is a direct commandment of our Lord, in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.

In the baptism of the Holy Spirit, received subsequent to the new birth, and that this gift is essential for the power necessary to fulfill the “Great Commission.”

In a life of holiness as a definite and progressive work of grace

In the Lord's Supper

That spiritual gifts and divine healing are provided for in redemption by the blood of Jesus Christ.

In the pre-millennial, second-coming of Jesus; first to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to meet Him in the air; and second, to reign on the earth a thousand years.

In the bodily resurrection of both the saved and the lost, those that are saved to  eternal life, and those that are lost to eternal death
